dc.description.abstract | An organization can not function without communication to efficiently connect all of its components and coordinatetheir actions. It can have management, large amounts of land, cuttingedgemachinery, materials, highlyskilledworkers, etc. Employees must beinformed of the decisions made by management, and procedures must befollowed to guaranteethatthesedecisions are carried out. The management wasprovidedwith information from all areas of the organization, whichserved as the basis for the decisions made. There are severalorganizational sizes. There are four types of organizations: small, medium, huge, and complicated. Theseorganizations' sizes differ in how theycommunicate. Compared to small, single organizations, large, complexorganizationswithseveral divisions and locations have more communication challenges. Employee attitudes inside an organizationcanbepositively or negativelyimpacted by the type of communication thatoccursthere. A communication breakdown isanothercommon cause of workplaceconflicts. In an organization, communication is crucial. It istruethat a manager'sability to interactwithother people of the organizationsuccessfully has a major role in determining how successfulthey are. From a leadership perspective, persuading people and organizations to act a specificwayrequires effective communicatOrganizations come in a variety of sizes.
