dc.description.abstractIrregular migration, illegal migration and illegal immigration, defined by demography as an individual or a group making the transition from one place to another in search of a better socioeconomic status, whether political or economic. The phenomenon of illegal immigration has therefore become one of the most sensitive issues that have recently helped to remove much ink. That is why this issue, with its rapid developments and interrelated causes, has become a major concern for the media, civil society organizations, local institutions, regional and international organizations and research centers. that they are considered a threat to most countries, whether they are recipients or exporters. And with widespread illegal immigration, the situation has become difficult for refugees due to the intensification of state border control. This requires urgent solutions and international cooperation to provide individual assistance and the protection of the human rights of migrants, in exchange for finding new ways and mechanisms to deal with illegal migration flows and their economic, social and possibly political impact on migrants States.en
