    مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني في ظل بعض المتغيرات (الجنس، العمر، الخبرة المهنية)

    ملخص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن مستوى الاحتراق النفسي و دراسة الفروق في ظل بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية (الجنس- العمر - الخبرة المهنية) لدى عينة من مستشاري التوجيه والارشاد المدرسي والمهني بولايتي تيزي وزو وبومرداس، اختيرت عينة من 96 مستشار بالطريقة العرضية، تم تطبيق استبيان الاحتراق النفسي من إعداد "كريستينا ماسلاش" Maslach Christin (1981)، المعرب من طرف نجاري عبد الصمد (2015) ،تم حساب خصائصهما السيكومترية من صدق وثبات، وتمت المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائيSpss) (ـوفي الأخير خلص الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - تتباين مستويات الاحتراق النفسي لدى مستشاري التوجيه في ظل بعض المتغيرات (الجنس- العمر- الخبرة المهنية) - توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين ابعاد الاحتراق النفسي لدى مستشاري التوجيه والارشاد المدرسي والمهني تعزى لمتغير الجنس. - لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين الاحتراق النفسي لدى مستشاري التوجيه والارشاد المدرسي والمهني تعزى لمتغير العمر. - توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين الاحتراق النفسي لدى مستشاري التوجيه والارشاد المدرسي والمهني تعزى لمتغير الخبرة المهنية. Study summary The current study aimed to reveal the level of psychological burnout, with the possibility of differences in light of some demographic variables (gender, age, professional experience) among a sample of school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors in the states of Tizi-Ouzou and Boumerdes. A sample of 96counselors was selected by a simple random method. Applying the psychological burnout questionnaire prepared by Maslach Christina (1981), Arabized by Nadjari Abdel Samad (2015), their psychometric properties were calculated in terms of validity and reliability, and statistical processing was carried out using the statistical program Spss version 23. Finally, the research reached the following results Levels of psychological burnout among guidance counselors vary in light of some variables (gender, age, professional experience) - There are statistically significant differences between the dimensions of psychological burnout among school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors due to the gender variable. - There are no statistically significant differences between psychological burnout among school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors due to the age variable. - There are statistically significant differences between psychological burnout among school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors due to the variable of professional experience.
