    Praat تحليل الخصائص الفيزيائية للصوت لدى المصابين بمرض الزهايمر بواسطة البرنامج المعلوماتي

    هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحليل الخصائص الفيزيائية للصوت (الشدة، الإرتفاع، البواني الصوتية) لدى مرضى الزهايمر، ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف تم اختيار عينة من 5 حالات تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (55 سنة – 85 سنة) مصابين بمرض الزهايمر من النوع العائلي بعيادة متعددة الخدمات بالمدينة الجديدة بتيزي وزو، ومصلحة طب الأعصاب بالمؤسسة الإستشفائية بشرشال، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والذي يعتبر الأنسب لهذه الدراسة، وقد تم استخدام بند تكرار المقاطع لإختبار MTA والبرنامج المعلوماتي "Praat "، كأداة فعالة ودقيقة في تحليل الخصائص الفيزيائية للصوت لدى المصابين بمرض الزهايمر، مما يساهم في الكشف عن التغيرات الصوتية المرتبطة بالمرض. The current study aimed to analyze the physical characteristics of sound (intensity, height, acoustic parameters) in patient with Alzheimer’s diseas, and to achieve this goal, a sample of 5cases aged between (55 years and 85years) with familial Alzheimer’s diseases was selected at the multiservice clinic in the new city of Tizi-Ouzou, and the neurology departement at the hospital institution in Cherchell, adopting the descriptive method, which is considered the Most appropriate for the study, and using the syllable frequency item of the MTA test and the information program « Praat », as an affective and accurate tool the descriptive method, which is considered the most approprite for this study, was used as an affective and accurate tool to analyze the physical characteristics of the voice in patient with Alzheimer’s disease, which contributes to the detection of voice changes associated with the disease.
